At Moorgate we have a constant flow of forklifts, new and old, passing through our workshop every week. And, although we certainly can’t claim to have the most glamorous of headquarters, there’s always a lot going on!
There’s our fleet of forklifts for hire which come and go between sites whenever they are required by clients. We pride ourselves on having a forklift for every job, so we stock a huge range of models, from heavy-duty forklifts like our 8 tonne capacity Big Bertha, to smaller pallet and reach trucks.
We also have a steady stream of new and used forklifts passing through for sale. Working with the very best manufacturers such as Nexen, Samuk, Caterpillar and Yale means the forklifts we deal with are extremely durable vehicles.
Even so, every forklift that passes through our hands has a thorough service by our team of engineers. This could include anything from vital repairs or replacing old parts, to a simple lick of paint in the spray booth.
There’s not a lot our team don’t know about forklift trucks and we get a real sense of satisfaction from seeing good-quality vehicles go the distance due to proper maintenance and care.
When they’re not in the workshop fixing up our newest arrivals, our forklift engineers also get out and about for repairs and regular forklift services at client sites. More often than not, the problem can be fixed there and then, but sometimes they’ll bring a vehicle back to Moorgate HQ to carry out longer repairs.
Our number one priority is always to provide forklift trucks in the very best condition – new or old – for our clients. This helps them to work more efficiently, keep their costs down and makes life a whole lot easier!
